Teams must turn in to league office by ENTRY DEADLINE:

1.      NTSSA Preliminary Roster (this is a completed NTSSA Roster, but may exclude the home association registrar’s signature)

2.     $600.00 check payable to LHGCL

3.     U19 teams must turn in a list of your players and the school (along with school district) they will attend in fall 2008

Players that will not be attending HS in fall 2008 will not be allowed to
participate in the QT without written permission from the Tournament Director.

Games will be played at UT Dallas and Richland College
(Specific Field Assignments for Age Divisions will
be announced after entries are received)

ROSTERS & CHECKS SENT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, FEDERAL EXPRESS, OR ANY OTHER METHOD THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE MAY ONLY BE SENT TO THE LEAGUE OFFICE. U11 & U12 teams have a roster limit of no more than 16 players. U13 through U16 have a roster limit of no more than 18 players.  U17 & U19 have a roster limit of no more than 22 players. Players born on or after August 1, 1998 are not eligible. Teams must play in age division of their oldest player. TEAMS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 14 PLAYERS ON THEIR ROSTER TO ENTER.

Each team is required to name a volunteer who will work as a field
marshal for one 2-to-4 hour shift at the fields during the tournament. 
Each volunteer will be scheduled to work before or after one of your
team's games.  Put volunteer information on entry form.
