2008 LHGCL QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT

July 26 - August 3, 2008
(With weeknight games during the week in between, if necessary)

ARE FOR ENTRY INTO DIVISION III ONLY

Online QT Registration/Application must be completed by Entry Deadline

Teams must turn in to league office by ENTRY DEADLINE:

1.      NTSSA Preliminary Roster (this is a completed NTSSA Roster, but may exclude the home association registrar’s signature)

2.     $600.00 check payable to LHGCL

3.     U19 teams must turn in a list of your players and the school (along with school district) they will attend in fall 2008

Players that will not be attending HS in fall 2008 will not be allowed to
participate in the QT without written permission from the Tournament Director.

Games will be played at UT Dallas and Richland College
(Specific Field Assignments for Age Divisions will
be announced after entries are received)

QT Coaches/Managers Meeting, Tuesday, July 22, 2008 7:30 pm,
Crowne Plaza Hotel, 14315 Midway Road, Addison, Texas

(All teams MUST have a representative present at the meeting!

APPLICATIONS ON GOT SOCCER MUST BE COMPLETED AND CHECKS AND PRELIMINARY ROSTERS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN Monday, JULY 14, 2008--NO EXCEPTIONS!! ROSTERS & CHECKS SENT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, FEDERAL EXPRESS, OR ANY OTHER METHOD THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE MAY ONLY BE SENT TO THE LEAGUE OFFICE. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO AN AGE GROUP COMMISSIONER If you have a question regarding delivery of your application, email the commissioner to check on it.

Tournament Rules

Information for Teams who Qualify for the League

Tournament Approval/Sanction Form

U11 & U12 teams have a roster limit of no more than 16 players. U13 through U16 have a roster limit of no more than 18 players.  U17 & U19 have a roster limit of no more than 22 players. Players born on or after August 1, 1998 are not eligible. Teams must play in age division of their oldest player. TEAMS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 14 PLAYERS ON THEIR ROSTER TO ENTER.

Each team is required to name a volunteer who will work as a field
marshal for one 2-to-4 hour shift at the fields during the tournament. 
Each volunteer will be scheduled to work before or after one of your
team's games.  Put volunteer information on entry form.

Out of Town Teams Who Will Be Staying in a Hotel During
the Tournament Must Stay in
Our Approved Tournament Hotel.

If your team is staying in a hotel, you must make all reservations through:

(Staying in a non-tournament hotel can be cause to not accept your
team into the tournament and withhold an invitation to the league.)

NO DOGS ALLOWED AT UT DALLAS OR RICHLAND COLLEGE. PLEASE!!!! TELL ALL YOUR PARENTS
AND/OR SPECTATORS NOT TO BRING THEIR DOGS TO THE COMPLEX.
WE DON’T WANT ANY DOGS LEFT IN THE CAR. THEY CAN DIE FROM THE HEAT!!!!
