A. Coaches and Managers meeting for 2012 Fall Season, will be on August 15th, 2012, 7:30pm, Hyatt Regency 701 East Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas, USA 75081 .

 


B. EVERY TEAM MUST COMPLETE THE GOTSOCCER ONLINE REGISTRATION BY AUGUST 14, 2012

 

C. EVERY TEAM MUST HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PRESENT AND MUST BRING TO THE MEETING:


1. Fall registration fee ($900 for U11-U18 and $700 for U19) (make checks payable to LHGCL)
NOTE: To All Under 11 teams: LHGCL requires each Under 11 team to participate in the league's "Meet the Referee Program." Check with your U11 commissioner for details.
2.
TWO COPIES of the team’s fully registered, signed NTSSA roster
3. TWO COPIES of the team’s Got Soccer roster printed from the webpage where the roster appears in your Got Soccer account
4.
A list of your players and the school (and school district) they attend. List must show school and school district for each player by name and must be on 8 ½ by 11 inch paper. Pages torn out of notebooks will not be accepted.
5.
WRITTEN tournament requests (if any) for the 2012-2013 Soccer Year (fall & spring seasons). All tournament requests must be made in writing and turned in to your Age Division Commissioner at the coaches'/managers' meeting. (Please refer to the document: SCHEDULING REQUESTS All Requests must be submitted on 8 ½ by 11 inch paper. Pages torn out of notebooks will not be accepted
